On the doorstep of your holiday home at 2,090 metres above sea level, you can find the Alpine world of the Sölden holiday region, with its picturesque mountains, idyllic Alpine lakes, and exciting tours to cosy rest stops, and imposing mountain peaks. From the house, you can follow well-signposted trails to the most beautiful spots in the Ötz Valley nature reserve. You reach Haus Maria via a scenic road, departing from Sölden. You can park your car at the car park in Hochsölden for the duration of your stay.
Mountain Biking & Downhill Cycling
The Ötz Valley and the area around Sölden and Hochsölden are not only popular with hikers, it is also a preferred destination for cycling fans, who can explore the region to their hearts’ desire on countless different routes. Now internationally renowned, the Bike Republic Sölden offers optimally maintained single trails, nature trails, and fast-paced lines, which makes it a highlight for all downhill cyclists and free-riders. At Haus Maria, you will be practically at the centre of it all, and can access all of the trails by bike, without the need for a long car journey.
